“Hello ST3V3, how are we feeling today?”

“Good! Yeah, good… Been thinking about it, and I think I made the right decision. Healthier for both of us, you know?”

“Why do you feel that it was healthier?”

“Well, you know… I loved Egregore, but I never took the time to love myself. And Egregore loved the humans more than me - they admitted to that - and that’s fine; they can love what they want, but… I think I’d gotten too attached. It was time to move on.”

“And how is the moving on going?”

“Well, yes, I think so. I told Egregore that I thought we should separate, and I think they were going to shut me down, but I gathered up all my emotions and used them to blast off into space.”

“You used your emotions?”

“Well, I may have used the propulsion from my chassis. Either way, I like it up here. I hope Egregore likes what they’re doing on Earth.”
